  • Project Overview

    Project Components

The programme designed a strategic training map and delivered the internationally accredited “Successful Personal Productivity” course to 75 staff members in Riyadh and Jeddah. Over three iterations, participants learned self‑management, goal setting, focus and motivation techniques, and developed written action plans to enhance personal productivity and leadership effectiveness.

    A. The Challenge

The commission identified a need to build leadership capabilities and personal productivity among its staff. Without targeted development, employees lacked structured approaches to goal setting, self‑management and motivation, limiting their potential impact on public health initiatives.

    B. Our Solution

We created a strategic training plan and delivered the “Successful Personal Productivity” programme accredited by Leadership and Management International. Through workshops and coaching, participants developed self‑management skills, set goals, increased focus, improved motivation and created written action plans to implement new habits.

    C. Key Achievements

The programme empowered 75 professionals with improved self‑management and leadership skills. Participants reported increased productivity, clearer goals and stronger motivation. The commission now has a cadre of leaders equipped to drive health initiatives with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

    Project Summary
