    Project Components

This project designed and managed a comprehensive training system to qualify current and aspiring workers in the tourism sector to meet global standards. It comprised five sequential phases – preparation, curriculum development, marketing, implementation and evaluation – and delivered targeted training programmes with continuous follow‑up to improve skills and service quality.

    A. The Challenge

The tourism sector lacked an integrated training system to develop a skilled workforce capable of delivering world‑class service.

    B. Our Solution

A structured training framework was created, curricula aligned with international standards were developed, marketing and delivery plans were executed, and evaluation and follow‑up mechanisms were established.

    C. Key Achievements

Multiple training programmes were delivered across the sector; participants’ skills and service levels improved; and a sustainable training platform was developed to support the growth of the tourism workforce.
