Project Components
This initiative delivered training projects to qualify over 80,000 trainees in the tourism sector. It involved advanced needs analysis tools to identify skill gaps, development of 33 accredited training packages and implementation of training programmes to improve workforce performance and service quality.
A. The Challenge
The tourism sector faced performance gaps due to insufficient skills across a large workforce and lacked structured training programmes.

Advanced analytical tools were used to assess training needs; 33 professional training packages were developed and delivered to tens of thousands of participants with follow‑up assessments.
