    Project Components

    This project prepared and qualified a group of Benaa staff in Khobar by delivering Level 1 of the Integrated Leader program “Successful Personal Productivity,” accredited by Leadership and Management International (LMI). It emphasized self-management, goal setting, written action plans, and coaching to build leadership and individual capability, improve teamwork, and strengthen workplace problem-solving.

    A. The Challenge

    Benaa’s administrative staff needed a structured, accredited approach to sharpen self-management, clarify goals, sustain motivation, and build teamwork while addressing recurring operational problems with a common framework.

    B. Our Solution

    Delivered LMI’s Level 1 “Successful Personal Productivity” training in Khobar, combining instruction and coaching, written action plans, habit-change tools, and leadership development to elevate individual and managerial performance.

    C. Key Achievements

    Participants improved focus, self-motivation, and goal clarity; adopted written plans; strengthened leadership and individual capabilities; enhanced problem-solving; and boosted personal productivity and team cohesion.
