We delivered focused training for engineers and managers on Six Sigma (DMAIC) across ALPLA plants in Saudi Arabia (Dammam Industrial City, Jeddah), Egypt (10th of Ramadan City), and Dubai (Dubai Industrial City). The program covered data collection and analysis, applied statistics in Minitab, plant-based improvement projects, and team presentations demonstrating return on investment.
A. The Challenge
Upskill multi-plant teams to standardize problem solving, build reliable data practices, and reduce quality defects consistently across facilities operating in different countries and industrial zones.
B. Our Solution
Conducted targeted DMAIC training, guided data collection and statistical analysis using Minitab, and ran hands-on improvement projects at each plant, concluding with presentations quantifying impact and return on investment.
C. Key Achievements
Trained managers and engineers company-wide, embedded DMAIC as standard work, established plant-level data analysis capability, executed practical projects that reduced defects and improved quality, and documented outcomes with ROI-focused presentations.
