The engagement trained 25 managers and engineers at The Saudi Investment Bank on Kaizen and operational excellence. It included a briefing on Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), hands-on 5S and visual management, and designing, measuring, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Problem identification, analysis, and practical banking best practices were emphasized to increase flexibility, speed, and effectiveness.
A. The Challenge
Embed a continuous-improvement culture and equip leaders with practical lean skills—without disrupting daily banking services, to make core processes faster, more flexible, and visibly performance-managed across branches and functions.
B. Our Solution
Delivered Kaizen methodology training to 25 leaders, introduced TPM and autonomous maintenance, ran practical 5S and visual management exercises, and co-designed KPIs with follow-up routines, aligning problem-solving and measurement with banking best practices.
C. Key Achievements
A shared improvement language, organized workplaces through 5S, clearer performance visibility, managers capable of root-cause diagnosis and rapid action, and a defined KPI set with tracking routines to sustain agile, effective operations.
