Project Components
This initiative built a cadre of professional development experts within the Ministry of Education. Selected staff received specialised training programmes and intensive workshops based on best practices in human resource development, covering instructional design, adult learning principles and mentoring techniques.
A. The Challenge
The ministry lacked internal experts to lead professional development efforts and needed to cultivate qualified specialists to drive continuous learning.
B. Our Solution
A structured training pathway with expert-led workshops, coaching and practice assignments was implemented to develop participants’ skills in designing and delivering professional development programmes.
C. Key Achievements
A cohort of certified professional development experts was created, the ministry’s capacity for human resource development increased, and a replicable training model was established for future cohorts.
