We delivered the Integrated Leader® system, a comprehensive suite of programs designed to develop leadership capacities. Sixty‑five leaders participated across four progressive levels, from foundational skills to advanced strategic leadership. The program included training sessions, mentoring, practical assignments and evaluations.
A. The Challenge
Insan sought to nurture a pipeline of competent leaders to manage its expanding operations and ensure sustainable service delivery to orphans and families.
B. Our Solution
We tailored a multi‑level leadership development program addressing behavioural, technical and strategic competencies. Participants engaged in workshops, coaching and experiential learning, with continuous feedback and assessment.
C. Key Achievements
The program strengthened leadership capabilities, improved team management and strategic planning skills and created a cohort of leaders ready to advance the organisation’s mission.
