    Project Components

    The first phase of this project established an institutional excellence system at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development using the Kaizen methodology. It prepared nomination files for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and the Arab Excellence Award and implemented continuous improvement initiatives, leading the ministry to achieve the silver level among three ministries.

    A. The Challenge

    The ministry sought to implement an institutional excellence framework to improve performance and prepare for prestigious quality awards.

    B. Our Solution

    Consultants introduced Kaizen principles, developed comprehensive documentation for award nominations and guided departments through improvement initiatives and performance measurements.

    The ministry attained the silver level in the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, demonstrating significant improvements in processes and service quality.
