    Project Components

    Aimed at training 65,000 current and aspiring workers in tourism services, this project delivered 57 training programmes covering entrepreneurship, hospitality, travel agency operations and guiding. Participants from various segments received targeted training to improve service quality and meet international standards.

    The tourism sector required rapid skill development across a large workforce to meet global service standards and attract visitors.

    A suite of 57 training programmes was deployed, tailored to entrepreneurs, hospitality workers, tour operators and aspiring travel agents, with practical exercises and certification.
