This policy governs how third parties may reference, excerpt, link to, or otherwise cite Kaizen Consulting (\u201cKaizen\u201d) intellectual property (\u201cKaizen IP\u201d), including:<\/p>\n

    • Commissioned Research (custom studies, case studies, impact analyses)<\/li>\n
    • Methodologies, frameworks, indices, benchmarks, rankings, visuals (charts, graphics, scorecards)<\/li>\n
    • Kaizen-branded assets (logos, report badges)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All Kaizen IP is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using Kaizen IP constitutes acceptance of this policy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      3. Intended use & eligibility<\/h5>

      Citing Kaizen Research is a client privilege that typically requires prior approval, except where expressly permitted below.<\/p>\n

      Who may cite:<\/p>\n

        • Clients with active licenses may cite licensed content, subject to this policy and their contract.<\/li>\n
        • Clients with Reprints\/Licensing rights may cite and promote the licensed item(s) per the granted rights.<\/li>\n
        • Commissioned Research sponsors may cite approved deliverables in line with the statement and timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Exceptions (no pre-approval required):<\/p>\n

            • Non-clients may cite public Kaizen materials (e.g., blog posts, publicly posted press releases) with proper attribution (see \u00a76).<\/li>\n
            • Independent media\/news organizations may cite public Kaizen materials under fair reporting and our Media Citation Guidelines (contact press@kaizen.sa).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4. Uses that require prior approval<\/h5>

              You must obtain written approval from info@kaizen.sa before any external use of Kaizen IP, including:<\/p>\n

                • Any Kaizen logo, badge, benchmark\/scorecard visual, or design element.<\/li>\n
                • Surrounding text that links to Kaizen domains when implying endorsement\/ratings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>
                  5. Uses that do not require prior approval<\/h5>

                    • Internal use<\/strong> by licensed clients: limited excerpts (paragraphs or figures\/tables) in internal presentations, memos, or trainings\u2014no external distribution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                    • External<\/strong> quoting of public blog posts\/press releases<\/strong> with proper attribution and a link to the source (no implied endorsement, no altered meaning).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>
                      6. How to attribute Kaizen<\/h5>

                      Every citation must identify the source, author (if shown), title, publisher, and date. Examples:<\/p>\n

                        • Chart\/Data (no matching sentence available)<\/strong>: Brief, accurate summary + source line: Source: Kaizen Consulting, Report Title, Month Year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Translations of approved citations are allowed but must be re-reviewed by Kaizen prior to publication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

                          7. Commissioned Research (Custom Studies)<\/h5>

                            • Kaizen must remain clearly independent; no joint logos unless explicitly licensed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                • Attributing commissioned research to a specific Kaizen individual (analyst\/consultant) instead of Kaizen Consulting.<\/li>\n

                                  If a third party wants to cite someone else\u2019s commissioned study, Kaizen requires written permission from the original sponsor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

                                  8. Visuals: Benchmarks, indices, scorecards & badges<\/h5>

                                    • Visuals (graphics\/scorecards\/badges) may be used only with explicit license or reprint rights.<\/li>\n
                                    • Any badge or logo must be smaller and less prominent than the citing company\u2019s logo and must link to an authorized Kaizen page or licensed reprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>
                                      9. Logos & brand elements<\/h5>

                                        • Kaizen logos and badges require written permission or a valid license.<\/li>\n
                                        • Never place Kaizen\u2019s logo horizontally aligned with your logo in a way that implies partnership; keep Kaizen branding less prominent.<\/li>\n
