The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ministry lacked internal experts to lead professional development efforts and needed to cultivate qualified specialists to drive continuous learning.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A structured training pathway with expert-led workshops, coaching and practice assignments was implemented to develop participants\u2019 skills in designing and delivering professional development programmes.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
