We conducted a training program for Saudi Aramco employees in Jazan on Kaizen and continuous improvement. The program provided knowledge and skills to apply Kaizen philosophy for operational efficiency and change management through interactive, practical learning sessions.
A. The Challenge
Aramco sought to build internal expertise in continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and institutional excellence, but employees lacked training in Kaizen methodologies.
