  • Project Overview

    Project Components

We trained managers and engineers at the Industrial Modernisation Center in Kaizen and Lean practices. The program covered 5S and visual management, coding systems for workplace organization, standard setting for sorting and cleanliness, and use of Kamishibai boards for monitoring. Periodic evaluations were conducted to ensure adherence and identify improvements.

    A. The Challenge

The Center needed to instill a Kaizen culture and establish standardized workplace organization and visual control, but staff lacked knowledge and systems were inconsistent.

    B. Our Solution

We delivered training on Kaizen and Lean principles, implemented 5S with coding and visual tools, established standards for sorting, organizing and cleaning, introduced Kamishibai boards for monitoring, and performed regular assessments.

    C. Key Achievements

Managers and engineers gained practical skills in continuous improvement and visual management. The Center adopted 5S standards and visual boards, leading to cleaner, more organized workplaces and ongoing improvement initiatives.
