This is a multiphase project. This phase focuses on enhancing digital competitiveness and quality by identifying relevant awards and nominating outstanding national digital projects. It includes compiling local and international awards aligned with digital transformation pillars, designing an annual awards calendar, preparing nomination files with experts, evaluating submissions, and developing detailed guidelines to maximise success.

A. The Challenge

With numerous digital transformation awards and shifting criteria, government entities required a systematic approach to identify suitable awards and prepare strong nominations. Without clear guidance and expert support, promising projects risked underrepresentation and lost opportunities for global recognition.

B. Our Solution

We conducted a comprehensive study of digital transformation indicators and award programmes, established a dynamic awards calendar and nomination pipeline, and engaged specialists to prepare and review nomination files. We designed a detailed submission guide for government entities and provided consulting support to enhance project narratives and competitiveness.

C. Key Achievements

The project curated an up-to-date database of local and international awards, produced nomination files and guidelines, and supported government agencies in achieving higher success rates. It enhanced Saudi Arabia’s visibility in digital transformation arenas and built internal capabilities for future nominations.
