Cultivating a strong safety culture through comprehensive training programmes
Completed

This project designed and delivered comprehensive security and safety training programmes for the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The training covered theoretical and practical aspects of safety, emergency response and risk management, with 40 sessions provided to more than 1,250 employees to build awareness and strengthen a safety culture.
A. The Challenge
Employees lacked adequate knowledge and skills in safety practices, leading to potential accidents and non‑compliance with safety regulations.
B. Our Solution
A training needs assessment was conducted, curricula were developed, and both classroom and hands‑on training sessions were delivered, including simulations and practical exercises to embed knowledge.
C. Key Achievements
Over 1,250 staff completed 40 training programmes, safety awareness and compliance improved significantly, incident rates decreased, and a sustainable safety training framework was established.
