The project develops a comprehensive framework for quality and institutional excellence at the Agricultural Development Fund. A. The Challenge

The Agricultural Development Fund needed an integrated framework to improve quality and institutional performance across its operations. Existing policies and metrics were fragmented, hindering strategic alignment and the adoption of best practices in governance, measurement and digital transformation.

B. Our Solution

We reviewed and updated policies and procedures, designed comprehensive measurement systems and indicators and established an excellence function. Our approach promoted a culture of excellence, supported operational improvements and laid the foundation for digital transformation. We unified data sources for reporting on performance, satisfaction and human resources.
