    Project Components

The program trained 240 beneficiaries to develop personal, professional and family skills. Customised training packages covered self‑development, parenting, vocational skills and social integration. Materials were designed to build confidence and enable participants to better support themselves and their families.

    A. The Challenge

Beneficiaries needed targeted support to acquire skills for employment and family stability after divorce or widowhood, often facing limited opportunities and social challenges.

    B. Our Solution

We designed and delivered specialised training modules, including workshops and coaching sessions, tailored to the needs of divorced women and widows. The curriculum emphasised personal empowerment, vocational competencies and family well‑being.

    C. Key Achievements

The program equipped participants with practical skills, improved self‑confidence and enhanced their readiness for employment and family management. Many graduates pursued further training or entered the workforce.
