Project Components

The project enables the Cultural Development Fund to implement institutional excellence models aligned with the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and the European Foundation for Quality Management. It includes dual assessments, prioritised improvement initiatives, consultancy and technical support, preparation of award files, readiness for field visits, cultural change activities, capacity building, a five‑year roadmap and an excellence governance system.

A. The Challenge

The Cultural Development Fund sought to meet national and international standards for institutional excellence but lacked a clear framework and internal capability to achieve these benchmarks. Without structured guidance, the fund risked inefficient processes and missed opportunities to gain recognition.

B. Our Solution

We performed dual assessments to identify gaps, prioritised improvement initiatives and provided consultancy and technical support to implement them. Our team prepared award documentation, trained staff for field visits, promoted an excellence culture and developed a five‑year roadmap and governance system to embed continuous improvement.

C. Key Achievements

The project has positioned the fund to attain recognised excellence certifications. It has enhanced internal processes, improved readiness for awards and nurtured a culture of continuous improvement. The five‑year roadmap and governance system ensure sustained focus on excellence and institutional maturity.
