    Project Components

We implemented executive coaching programs to develop the leadership capabilities of senior staff at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. The program involved designing bespoke coaching plans, conducting one‑on‑one sessions, providing tools for personal development and evaluating progress. Action plans were aligned with institutional strategy and supported by continuous feedback.

    A. The Challenge

The university sought to enhance strategic leadership and decision‑making among its executives to meet ambitious research and academic objectives in a rapidly changing environment.

    B. Our Solution

We conducted assessments to identify leadership gaps, designed individualized coaching programs, paired leaders with experienced coaches and monitored progress through regular sessions and feedback loops. Each leader developed a personalised development plan aligned with university goals.
