Project Components
The two‑year programme trained educational leaders across the Gulf and Yemen on diverse evaluation tools, quality standards and unified procedures. It provided guidelines for assessment, awareness and quality assurance, covering student evaluation in classrooms, school‑environment reviews and community engagement to elevate learning outcomes.
A. The Challenge
Differing standards and a lack of unified evaluation methods across Gulf education systems hindered quality improvement. Leaders needed skills and tools to assess teaching, students and school environments consistently.
B. Our Solution
We delivered training workshops and developed manuals that included assessment tools, guidelines and quality standards. Participants learned how to evaluate students, measure teaching efficacy and engage communities. The programme promoted shared vision and unified procedures.
C. Key Achievements
