The project for the National Debt Management Center analyzed strategy and current-state culture, defined gaps, and developed a change management strategy and plan with clear methodology, stages, and enablers. It designed acceptance and adaptation initiatives, executed awareness activities and logistics in Riyadh, built measurement tools, delivered training and knowledge transfer, issued a culture report, and deployed an employee engagement platform for 120 users.
A. The Challenge
NDMC needed a rigorous diagnosis of culture and alignment with strategy, practical change enablers, sustained employee engagement, and leadership involvement—supported by on-the-ground logistics to run workshops and track measurable outcomes.
B. Our Solution
Performed gap analysis; set a formal change methodology and plan; designed acceptance/adaptation initiatives; delivered awareness sessions, logistics, and leader workshops; provided a 120-user employee engagement index; and implemented measurement, evaluation, and knowledge transfer for sustainability.
C. Key Achievements
Established a structured change approach and roadmap; executed targeted awareness and leader sessions; baselined employee engagement with detailed reporting; issued culture-improvement recommendations; and institutionalized periodic initiatives to sustain change and strengthen alignment, commitment, and belonging.
