    Project Components

    The Military Industries Corporation (MIC) in Saudi Arabia runs extensive programs to build managerial, leadership, and technical capabilities for its workforce. Our team developed course content for selected programs, including supervisory and leadership skills, advanced report and correspondence writing, self-development for administrative assistants, effective leadership and management, and maintenance planning for transport and mobility assets.

    A. The Challenge

    Standardize and elevate supervisory, administrative, and technical skills across MIC staff, modernize reporting practices, and structure maintenance planning to improve operational performance in a defense-sector context.

    B. Our Solution

    Co-developed targeted curricula using adult-learning methods, competency alignment, and standard work to address leadership behaviors, written communication, administrative effectiveness, and preventive maintenance planning for transport and logistics operations.

    C. Key Achievements

    Delivered a coherent training package that strengthened supervisory leadership, improved report and correspondence quality, empowered administrative assistants, and introduced structured maintenance planning practices supporting safer, more reliable transport assets.
